For one of the top manufacturers in the power market sector, Tri-State Fabricators, Inc. provided a fabrication service which involved fabricating stainless steel panels and covers for the solar industry. The customer had a host of 44 different parts that totaled over 10,000 individual pieces to be delivered weekly to feed their assembly line. In order to meet the weekly demands of feeding their assembly line, Tri-State Fabricators was able to process the parts in kits and schedule the production to allow for an even flow of weekly deliveries.
Because of Tri-State Fabricators’ highly trained and dedicated staff, the capability to handle large orders resulted in cost savings being past on to the customer. With great attention to detail and pride, the product produced passed FAI (First Article Inspection) by the end customer with exceptional results.
