Quality Manager
ISO 9001:2015 Management:
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the successful certification process.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
- Conduct internal audits and lead external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify areas for improvement, prepare corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and monitor progress.
- Maintain all necessary documentation to support ISO certification and audits.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Implement quality checks at all stages of production and develop systems to assess product quality and performance.
- Analyze data from audits, customer complaints, and other quality metrics to drive improvements.
- Ensure all quality standards are met and consistently maintained throughout production and the supply chain.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Manage, mentor, and train quality control personnel to ensure high levels of competency.
- Develop and conduct training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality standards and ISO guidelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on their adherence to quality standards.
- Handle customer quality issues, investigating complaints, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on quality performance, non-conformance trends, and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
- Review product specifications and process changes to ensure continued quality compliance.
Risk Management:
- Conduct risk assessments related to product and process quality, recommending actions to mitigate potential issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks early in product development or production and drive resolution.
