Quality Manager

ISO 9001:2015 Management:

    • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the successful certification process.
    • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
    • Conduct internal audits and lead external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
    • Identify areas for improvement, prepare corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and monitor progress.
    • Maintain all necessary documentation to support ISO certification and audits.

Quality Assurance:

    • Develop and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Implement quality checks at all stages of production and develop systems to assess product quality and performance.
    • Analyze data from audits, customer complaints, and other quality metrics to drive improvements.
    • Ensure all quality standards are met and consistently maintained throughout production and the supply chain.

Team Leadership and Training:

    • Manage, mentor, and train quality control personnel to ensure high levels of competency.
    • Develop and conduct training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality standards and ISO guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with production, engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
    • Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on their adherence to quality standards.
    • Handle customer quality issues, investigating complaints, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on quality performance, non-conformance trends, and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
    • Review product specifications and process changes to ensure continued quality compliance.

Risk Management:

    • Conduct risk assessments related to product and process quality, recommending actions to mitigate potential issues.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify quality risks early in product development or production and drive resolution.
