A process for cutting sheet metal to size out of a larger stock such as roll stock. Shears are used as the preliminary step in preparing stock for stamping processes, or smaller blanks for CNC presses.

With 33 tons of punching force and able to process 60″ x 120″ sheets, these machines are capable of punching sheets (Metals or Plastics) up to 1/4″ thick. We have a state-of-the-art laser / punch combination machine that provides superior efficiency in the manufacturing of parts with minimum setup and maximum machine utilization; all the while ensuring tighter tolerances, extended tool and machine life, and superior part quality.

We utilize several laser cutting systems to cut your parts. Featuring a fully automated laser cutting cell connected to our inventory system with 49 shelves of sheet and plate material. Assist gases available to produce oxidation free edges when needed; even including a rotary chuck for tube and pipe cutting requirements.

For all your tube, angle, and bar requirements we rely on band saws which are CNC controlled in both the angle and feed length. This drastically increases operations and ensures the quality is there, giving us the “measure once, cut once” mentality.

With press brakes ranging from 50 to 247 metric ton of bending force, our Metal Forming Department is responsible for bending all parts precisely to the specifications provided by our customers. Our experienced forming department includes extremely high levels of craftsmanship and skill which are thoroughly applied to all jobs to ensure that the cosmetic and dimensional features of the products are correct.

We have the facility to machine all your part needs including Milling, Drilling, Reaming, Boring, Turning, Threading, Tapping and nearly any other machining application.

We keep a wide variety of steel in stock—by type, sheet size, and gauge—all in an effort to get orders the floor faster, saving you time and money.

Rolling metal is a skill that only comes with years of experience. From complex rolls to the simple curve we have several pieces of equipment to meet your rolling needs. The majority of our rolling is for sheet parts after being laser cut to shape; but we also have the capabilities to shape pipe and tube.

For those high volume demands our punch press can get the parts made, and fast. Our expert operators and engineers can assist your team with the tooling design and development to make sure the first part is just as good as the millionth.

We have over 30,000 square feet devoted to MIG, TIG, spot, stud, and robot welding. Our welding department can produce parts in nearly every material, including mild steel, stainless and aluminum. If you require thin or heavy gauge materials, we have qualified personnel to ensure quality workmanship.

By utilizing the latest in robot weld technology we are able to produce a higher quality weld in a shorter period of time, saving you time and money on your project.

We have a vast array of standard options for nearly any type of fastener or hardware requirements. All location tracked and managed through our ERP system, we have the assembly capabilities to finish your product to your exact specifications.
